The New Victory Theatre was built in 1900 and is New York’s oldest active theatre.

Owned and operated by the New 42nd St., Inc., this project is part of the owner’s ongoing Capital Repairs campaign that implements necessary projects on a 5 year basis. The scope of work included exterior restoration of the masonry façade and stoop, copper cornice repair and restoration and interior decorative and flat plaster restoration and decorative painting restoration.
